Developed in 2002-2004, Sail Harbour is a community of 330 townhomes located within the private gated community of Briar Bay Community Association, Inc. in the City of West Palm Beach. The community offers a beautiful clubhouse, exercise gym, pool with a beach style walk in access, tot lot and splash park.

Sail Harbour is looking to put together a violation fine committee. The purpose of this committee is to make sure homeowners are held to a higher standard. This committee can decide to meet monthly or bimonthly and at the date and time of your choice. This is open to all members of Sail Harbour.
